	Our Casa Out of the Blue includes three bedrooms, each with its own enclosed bath, and can accommodate 10 guests. One bedroom has a king and double bed, one has a queen and double bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The living area has a kitchen with stove, wetbar, refrigerator, cabinets, cooking utensils, dining room table, love seats, comfortable chairs, ceiling fans, air-conditioning and cable television with Direct TV. Private entry and balcony with sweeping forest and ocean views of West Bay Beach's "second-to-none" sunsets make this house one of a kind.
